“We are delighted to be sponsoring the Great Autism Practice Award as part of the 2018 National Learning Disabilities Awards. The purpose of these awards is to pay tribute to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work. As an independent care provider and previous winner of this award, we understand the dedication and commitment undertaken by individuals working within this sector. We feel it is important to recognise these individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within this field.

As a specialist provider of support for over 1,000 people with Autism, Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries. We believe in the importance of enabling autistic people to understand their own autism. We encourage all our staff to demonstrate a creative and enthusiastic approach, going above and beyond to help people reach their full potential. Our aim is to help individuals understand their Autism better, develop coping strategies to overcome their anxieties and to develop independent living and social awareness skills.
We understand how hard our staff work as advocates on behalf of the people they support, whether it be for small or bigger issues. We feel extremely privileged to work with such amazing individuals who are committed to promoting independence and inclusion within the local community and have the belief that everyone can make their own personal contribution in life.

For over 30 years, our priority has been to enable people to live fun and fulfilled lives, across our therapeutic, residential and supported living services throughout England and Wales. We are passionate about quality and we specialise in supporting people to achieve their full potential. Through empathy, belief and market leading training, our focus is to bring out the amazing in people and ensure everyone can reach for the stars.”
